Terms & support policy

mykyta.app is a personal portfolio and public product-building blog operated by Mykyta Frolov from Belgium. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit content or use an interactive feature.

The site documents evolving products, experiments, decisions and results. Content is provided for general information and may change as the work develops.

Portfolio and blog content does not constitute legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. No statement guarantees that a project will launch, remain available, earn revenue or achieve a stated goal.

Project buttons and shared posts may lead to separate products or third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. Mykyta is not responsible for an independent third party's content or availability, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Comments are reviewed before publication. By submitting a comment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant Mykyta a non-exclusive permission to store, moderate and display it on the site.

• Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, deceptive, defamatory or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not publish secrets, credentials, another person's personal data, malware, spam or unauthorized promotional links.
• Comments may be rejected, hidden or deleted when they violate these rules, create legal or security risk, duplicate other content or do not contribute to the discussion.
• A moderation decision does not imply endorsement of comments that remain visible. To request removal of your comment, email updates@mykyta.app.

When checkout is enabled, support is a voluntary contribution to the independent work of a private individual. It is not an investment, loan, purchase of equity, purchase of a product or service, promise of influence or guarantee of a particular product result unless the checkout expressly states that a separate product or service is being sold.

Possible early materials, updates or future offers are a thank-you, not a contractual consideration for payment or a guaranteed result. They may change, be delayed or not become available.

The amount, currency, selected project and whether support is one-time or recurring are shown before Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy notice. mykyta.app records only limited identifiers and status information needed for reconciliation.

Recurring support continues at the displayed interval until cancelled. It can be cancelled through the Stripe option made available for the payment or by contacting updates@mykyta.app. Cancellation stops future charges and does not normally reverse a charge already processed.

If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or made in error, contact updates@mykyta.app with the date, amount and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card details. Requests are reviewed individually, and any mandatory consumer or payment rights remain unaffected.

A return page on mykyta.app is informational. A payment is treated as completed only after Stripe sends a valid signed confirmation to the site.

Unless a page says otherwise, the original text, visual identity and site design belong to Mykyta. Project names, logos and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Links and normal social sharing are welcome; copying or republishing substantial content requires permission or another valid legal basis.

The site and experimental projects may be changed, paused or removed. Reasonable care is taken to keep public information and interactive features secure and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

To the extent permitted by law, Mykyta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from reliance on general blog content or from an unavailable experimental feature. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The effective date is shown above. Updated terms apply after publication and do not retroactively change a completed payment. Material changes to recurring support will be communicated where required.

Belgian law applies, while mandatory rights available under the law of a visitor's country remain unaffected. Questions, removal requests and payment issues can be sent to updates@mykyta.app or through the contact page.

A book signature is a separate paid feature priced at USD 10, not a voluntary donation. The price and service are shown before Stripe Checkout. Currency conversion and any bank fees depend on your payment method.

After successful payment and automatic checks, a decorative refinement of your drawing is published with your chosen link or message. Harmful content or an unsafe link may be rejected. Publication does not endorse an external link; abusive links may be removed.

If you were charged but your signature did not appear or you wish to withdraw from the purchase, submit a request through the contact form or email updates@mykyta.app with the payment identifier. Refund requests and applicable consumer rights are handled under the law; these terms do not restrict mandatory rights. Do not use this feature as a legally significant signature.
